Hi there, i loved the Attack of the Cyber Octopuses! I am trying to create a city myself now but i can't seem to find the right spray, what kind of spray do you use?

I’m not sure but It should be a primer,(its a paint that you speay before coloring so you have an even surface) you can find them in differente colors like white,black or this kind of grey. *sorry for my english!!
