Hey Kaleido, the AovoPro is a great light electric scooter! I believe you mentioned you have rode your scooter in heavy rain before and I just want to share my experience- there is a rubber seal in the bottom cover that keeps water out but that seal also traps water in! The days after I rode my scooter in heavy rain (nyc rain, not London rain) the electrics started glitching out and when I opened the bottom cover to have a look the whole compartment was flooded. There must have been an inch of water sloshing around in there. The battery finally died after two weeks even after I dried it out as best I could. I could tell the whole battery got wet from dissecting it. So to caution all AovoPro owners- it is water resistant but no electric scooter is fully waterproof. (Inokim brand built one highly water resistant from jets of water.) To get the most out of your AovoPro try to keep it out of the rain (caution: poor wet grip also) and if it does get caught in heavy rain, open the bottom cover to check for dampness and dry immediately when you get home. P.s- the maximum usable city range from my experience is 26 km (about 16.1 miles) in Sport Mode, city riding with a few bike paths, before having to kick it! 75 degree weather.

Exactly what I was looking for, for my 6.5 to 12.8 mile trip to and from college (depending on canal or city route) , it seems this has plenty enough, the longer canal route maybe the safer less police route. Brilliant video I've just done 7.99 miles at 19 mph And the battery is dead but the ground was a bit bumpy lol The scooter reads 10.2 miles The mileage is reading 20% more than GPS 🙄

It might be because your not travelling in a straight line over 100% level and even ground, so your scooter is actually covering more distance than is shown

Has it been 8 months? Well I had to replace the rear fender, that it! Still rides like new! Oh, I did have to align or straighten the steering. I removed the screws and applied blue loc-tite. I have since purchased the Wide Wheel Pro and loving that as well. It came w/city cruiser scooter, so when my nephew recovers from broken hand I’ll give him the AOVO

I can hear clackety sound coming from vibrations. You can remedy by adjusting that silver screw in the folding latch (note there's small Allen key screw on the side of latch that tightens main screw) I did it today and the scooter is silent like ninja. Aovo mafia ftw.

@Musakhan-mo4ts It's good, but you do have to be careful with the wheels because they don't use air and instead are made of hard plastic. I would only ride it on the smooth tarmac because I flew over the handlebars and could have seriously injured myself. Luckily, I was travelling slowly then and escaped with minor head injuries. I haven't been on it since.

Where i live, the snow is melting but it's still very cold(anywhere from -10 to -5 degrees celcius) and batteries dont perform well in the cold..i'm only 155-160lb and i was only able to hit about 7.2 to 7.5miles on a full charge (99.99% on speed 3/highest speed) Hopefully by mid-spring and summer, it could perform better.

I don’t know how to replace the front tire because there’s no opening for a valve so you’d need to change the covers covering the front motor but I don’t know how that will work. Also the ride feels fine and the back pneumatic tire makes this ride a lot more comfortable so it isn’t so bad.

I did a video on how to install tire and btw it’s not worth it, puncture proof tire is a safer option. You’d get 19mph easy
