thats what for vijayawada is meant for,,vizag is already saturated place and if capital is announced existing water problem will peak in future, state operations can work from vijayawada until capital is developed. Amaravathi is the only choice for ap bcoz already 33000 acres land was pooled and in somany acres land pits dug in,even if govt return those lands it has no use for farmers. even jagan before 2019 himself aggreed to make amaravathi as capital ,so the farmers with acceptance of both ruling and oppsing govt gave their land,after 2019 rest is history if jagan developed it atleast some part he would have got name rather than chandrababu who showed more graphics jagan governane failed in it.now 2024 definitely kutami winning 110 seats and form the govt.

Coming to water problem, as of now there is no crisis for water for vizag city, still after the completion of polavaram project, more than sufficient water was set to send visakhapatnam, another major national project which was going to be initiated in next 5 years was the linkaging of rivers Mahanadhi and Godavari which pases through near by visakhapatnam, after completion of this Vizag will be surplus with water for centuries to come, remember in next 100 years the whole world will be with desalination technology at cheapest cost, so after 100 years from now, the coastal cities throughout the world will depend on desalinated sea water for drinking, agricultural and industrial purpose. So don't worry about water for Visakhapatnam for not only coming centuries to go, but till human race exists on this planet. Now, coming to Amaravati, in that 33000 acres, you need to build a city and had to fill it with people who migrates from rest of the state mostly, why should they come to this new constructing city, why can't they lead their life at where they are now. Moreover city is not a project to build, if building a city is that easy and possible, every state by now had built Mumbai like city in their state isn't it. But why they didn't, do you think they don't need a city or they can't build a city, or do you think they doesn't have the land, resources, necessity, money and knowledge what we had..? For your sake let's assume building a new city is necessary, must and should and possible for a while, how far can you assure the project being success, if down the line if it was a failure as the similar greenfield city project Naypedew, what's the situation of the state. Moreover you need not build a city in and around Visakhapatnam, because Visakhapatnam was already a city. Visakhapatnam was an existing city and a city enroute to become Mumbai, Amaravati was just a name given to a proposed city which has to be built.
