It's no brainer- any city Vizag, Vijayawada, rajamundry are logically cheaper to develop in to a capital. It took 60yrs for Chandigarh despite very close to Delhi& Noida. Andhra has nothing compared to Chandigarh. It's extremely hard and illogical to make it as capital when the funds are too low. Stupid babu & co made a circus out of this topic

AP has negative budget, it is not possible to develop new city with negative budget. Developing existing city is more easy than drain of existing budget on total barren land. 😢
