It's not exactly difficult to land it, especially from fog of war or during a chaotic team fight. Also lower mana cost. It's a stupid, broken rework, that didn't need to happen. Another weird adjustment from Riot while the client and vanguard remain buggy and dysfunctional as hell.

Not clever enough, because that statement was wrong. 10 ah reduces current cool down of spells by 10%. So cosmic drive would reduce it to much less than 6.9.

So going from 74 AH as Pekin has here (I don't know if the legend haste is included in that number as it only affects basic abilities) to 94 from cosmic would only be a 6% reduction. Which is in fact 6.9 seconds.

The way kaisa passive works is that it does bonus damage on hit and the damage is increased for each stack already on the target. And each stack made by evolved W counts so her evolved W has a bit over 50% ap bonus damage from her passive alone plus the 45% base ratio.

Definitely deserves a minion mod now. Being able to clear half a wave 2 screens away is way too safe. Ironically removing the reset for this makes it look to deserve a higher CD since it's already twice per wave at level 9 before CDR. Way too safe poke from miles away, but now you can't hide behind a tank, minions or monsters. I'm sure Kaisa would have fun at least, but this sounds easily more obnoxious to play against.

so. helping takes objectives isn't a bad thing, but it's simply not necessary here. let's look at this from kha's perspective to help you see things a bit better. my entire botside is dead, and enemy botside is MIA in my jungle. is there any world where i attempt to steal drake here? absolutely not. there's really just no point for pekin to assist with drake takedown at this moment. would it be cool? yes certainly. graves could get back to better things faster, but it's solo queue. if mid wave is even, that means mid wave can be collected. especially if it isn't contested. keep things simple to climb higher.

Personally, I think they need to make Kai'Sa's overall AP ratios below average overall (weigh it all on the W/passive pop, maybe convert the AP ratio on the pop to flat damage), but give her a good AP evolves like this. She should be building mostly like an on-hit marksman, but getting that splash of AP for the W. Full AP Kai'Sa should fall off, but getting a Rageblade + Zhonya's or something like that should be really good

Shadowflame and kaisa passive have antisynergy. You don’t need more than one execute to kill someone and other items like rabadons and voidstaff or cryptbloom, will give you overall more dmg, before someone is low, depending on if the enemy team is tankier or squishier.

I think this W change will more benefit AD kai sa because she can play navori, and therefore end up with more W than AP kai sa, that could allow her to skip static bc her W is now her waveclear. So nashor tooth first item for the evolve and then navori IE, with that you have all evolve and really low CD. On top The W damage will be approximatively the same, the only diff is than you have no item proc on it like luden etc. idk what would be the 4th item but considering you have IE now you're kinda commit into going AD so it's prolly an ad crit item OR terminus. AP kai sa will be able to do funny thing with big W but at the end she will remain a Mage with less Damage in exchange of more mobility/survivability and maybe better early, she will always have less damage than a xerath or a lux considering all they spell scale better on AP than her, and have less CD
