Very useful video A.P,, though there's some more tips you forgot to mention such as changing the distance for the Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Transmission modes, Lane Assist, turning on/off the Emergency Brake etc.... which they have dedicated buttons for it (you still need to map a button for it BTW). - Besides that, my clear favorite features is adjusting the truck suspension and the advanced trailer coupling. 😎👌👍

Another useful thing is if you want to skip that SCS Software and Euro truck logo screen (aka. Esc Esc Esc Esc ...) you can put -nointro in the game launch arguments on Steam

its for any cargo marked heavy, not just special transport. so hct/double/rm double/b-double/tp double would likely be that, same with triples.

Well since a recent update, you can't even buy older trucks from the dealer, including the Iveco Stralis. You can now buy such trucks only from Used Trucks Dealer

I have one: at 6:00 pm, you can go directly to a truck dealer (in the map of these, not driving to) to pass to the next day, skip the night, refresh missions and start at 8:00 am the next day

Traffic can be a value between 0.0 and 1.0 as well as the 1.0 to 10.0 range you mention. So if you have a slow PC or like empty roads you can set it lower, or remove it.

You can also set g_traffic to less than 1 to reduce AI's nonsense. As an example "g_traffic 0.1" reduces AI traffic to 10% which is what I normally use when driving in single player.

No, there's not, the only way to have the cruise control below 30, is to have a steep gradient and to have the cruise control enabled at a higher speed.

Great video but have scs fixed the brightness setting which doesn't work in v 1.50 ? It's fine to run just want it bit brighter without changing the brightness through the tv apart from that v1.50 is excellent and promods 2.70 now works with 1.50 even better

The first one at 0:48 is the Electric Renault E-Tech T and the second one at 0:53 with camera is the New MAN TGX. For the camera feed, you have to replace traditional front mirror with a mirror camera.

It's for all cities in ets2 and ats. Other rows are for other roads, highways (not cities) The scaling is different in cities vs other roads (precisely cities, fuel stops, rest areas, etc) It's to make cities not too small. And to pass time slower in cities.

First I will say don't bother with moding, you can only cause game crashes and lags. If your driver sleep then just disable sleeping and that's it. There is steering camera movement so you don't need mods for it. Go to Keys settings and set your self button to brake with trailer and truck in same time (cant be at one button). After you score 25th lvl and unlock most of truck parts, deliver short distance, drive it for 500 - 600km max, you will deliver faster and you will get more money than driving from edge to edge, it makes only XP wich you don't need after 30lvl, just pointless. Fuel consumption has nothing with changing gears. Suspension stiffness has nothing with "realistic settings" If you set 0% they wont hit hard at road bumpers if you set them 100% you will hear stupid "dum" sound when you cross over bumps. And why the hell would you drive without truck stability??? Heavy cargo warning is good If you buy stock truck (just for new players who start to play game) If you have stock truck without two axes oo--o it will be harder to deliver undamaged heavy cargo, hard to go uphill and even downhill. If you dont have steering wheel you can steer with mouse, verry good option. Advice for all players, press ESC go to settings and go thru every section and read carefully, you can customize your game as you need it without moding.
