Nepal's AP1 broadcast quite good; it's better than India's Sportzworkz. I have Live Telecast recording, which is good and 16 bit HD. After uploading is completed, KZbin reprocesses the video to different resolutions. This 1kHD is only 4 bit. So, it is not as good as the Live Transmission one. You can't just blame the broadcaster. This is YT's game for making money. 1kHD also sometimes available (16 bit), but only on pay. In this video also there is "1kHD Enhenced" (16 bit) available. Pay and watch.
