Regardless, I'm sure Respawn has decent control of how to use the money, but they probably have a budget. They would still have to go to EA if they want to do something that will effect their budget. Respawn has enough control until EA notices net revenue gets effected.

Apex is one of the few games that isn’t completely limited to good ping. Of course it effects shots, but shots are 1/3 of this game, whereas most other FPS games are at least 50% shooting
