It’s crazy to me how many people still think that Hal is only good at igling. Somehow I see people say that Hal is getting carried by his teammates during fights. I feel like the bloodhound meta is showing how much of a beast Hal is on 3v3 fights even when he was not the most mechanical fighter, his fighting IQ is through the roof.

Hal is the #1 best IGL AND fighting player in Apex. I say ''fighting'' and not ''mechanical'' because he hasn't got as good of mechanics as other top controller pros, but purely because of his game sense, positioning and outplay potential. That said, Hal has recently looked a lot better because he is always able to make an impact playing on Bloodhound, and how good he looks only amplifies when he puts himself and TSM in a bad position, which he has been doing lately with some bad calls. If TSM were playing like it was Lan with perfect rotates and were in series lobbies with 15 team's alive in the last zones, Reps and Evan would look so much better.

Hal was good mechanically on mnk for a pro level, his IGLing comes prior to that but with the roller switch, he's been able to beam enemies 1v3, but its not everyday he wins those fights as a lot of people are on roller these days .. this is where he needs his teammates to step up but with the current meta , Verhulst and Reps are underperforming when Hal needs them to. I can give an example of how Hal could go on getting a lot of kills in scrims when he does not IGL , like when he stand in for other teams , he doesnt need to IGL and just goes out killing everyone and usually gets an average of 5-6 kills . But with TSM he has to micromanage as well as kill and flank with his bloodhound plays which often leaves his team standing sometimes.

@@chrissnype7268 Yeah I was watching Hal when it went down and remember thinking, "I mean you did ping him to land there." But he did land shallow of the exact spot, I assume because he was worried about the back of Geyser. Raven did point out after the game that they wasted a ton of time looting in Lava, so they could have been a lot more ahead of the team at stacks.

I mean your whole title sums up TSM right now. Evan and Jordan are just as good as Hal. But when you have such a player/IGL it’s hard to punch back. Hal MUST start giving these guys some positive feedback. Jordan asked Hal if he could Bang Ult at the start of game 3v3 for a poi. That’s just not it. It’s a Snipedown moment right now. People saying Hal is better mechanically are on crack. Hal has been a terminator ever since he switched to controller. On mnk he was good, but on controller it literally feels like he never loses a 1v1. The only difference is he switched to blood and is learning the timing, spacing and positioning w a new character

Seems like 90% of the fights in ALGS are just players running around in smoke and gas 😂if this continues we might end up seeing more Seers so the whole team benefits from seeing through it consistently and not waiting for a scan from Bloodhounds who are low key tunnel vision in the moment, and Seers ULT also makes third party teams hesitate pushing because they'll be seen coming

Fights with seer are more closed off, one small area like 1 building size fights, hound can extend the area alot and can see further through smoke if ulted

Seer would be decent if his Q covered more space. Bloodhound is just faster and meta

@@aga1nsty0u when there’s gas and smoke everywhere, teammates are blind and mostly waiting for a bloodhound scan while getting shot through the smoke and gas BUT with Seer’s ULT there’s no waiting for scans if it’s a well placed ULT. I’d bet on the team that has all three players seeing movement through gas and smokes over the team with one player and the two teammates waiting for a scan that lasts 3 seconds. And like I said before if that bloodhound is tunnel visioned and forgets to scan, the teammates are almost useless/inefficient

@@Thraxxx03 if it covered even more space it’d be OP, Bloodhound Q is just easier to use, Seer’s Q requires more precision but it’s more rewarding when used properly because it does more than just scan. And if we’re talking about team fights (3v3) in smoke and gas, Seer’s ULT is much more useful to the team than Bloodhound ULT and also being meta is irrelevant

@@TheTopStarz good points, but with seer there was another problems, alot of times his ult placement was bad and got destroyed fast ( needed smart brain from teams) and the biggest issue i saw was inviting 3rd party, teams were aping when saw there is seer ult sphere , im not saying hes bad or worse than hound, was just comparing both of them, pros and cons
