@@kmperhrvlogs even i have used motul 10w-50 oil in the initial kilometres of my Apache 160 4v...engine was overheated quickly and i heared some disturbing sounds...soon after(1400km of usage) it I changed the oil to Castrol power 1..Now the odo is 28k no issues so far...That sound when I shift the gear to 3rd is there from the starting day... Tappet noise was there a little bit but I'm skeptical about whether the service center guys does it properly like according to the company recommended adjustment...i have watched lot of tappet adjusting videos most of the technicians are keeping both inlet and outlet valve tappets clearances same(0.6mm) which is according to the manual is wrong.

​@@sundhar6800😂 Bhai tum jyada viscous oil daloge to overheat to hoga hi. Oil easily flow nahi hoga, oil pump ko load aayega, baki moving parts par bhi load aayega n due to load engine heat hoga. Better hai stick with 10W30/ 10W40 max. Iske uppar Apache 160/200 ke liye mat jawo.

Hi, Im facing severe issue in apache 200 4v. Its almost 2yrs old and have rode only about 6700kms. Recently 3 months ago I had got camshaft and rocker arms changed underwarranty in october 2022 as they were broken. After that I again faced the weird noise (kat kat kat) back in December(noise occurs when its run for about 10-20kms on heat). TVS replaced the Engine head assembly in Jan under warranty, but the noise increased after that. Im asking them to diagnose the issue but they are unable to give me the root cause of the issue. Territory manager tried to convince(cheat to be said) me by saying its characteristic of the engine to have that rumbling noise. When I asked him to mention the same in record over email he is refusing it. I'm trying to collect as much evidence as possible. If they dont find the cause and fix it or replace the engine under warranty. I'm planning to sue TVS. I'll keep you updated on this issue. can you please share your email ID so I can reach out to you and discuss on this

TVs company is good but under showroom employees & workers service worst.... Not doing properly service.. but service billing amt high. More then 3k just oil service.

Bs6 TV$ Apache RTR 200 4V con modos de conducción (2021) que recientemente completó 16.000 Km debía tener su reconstrucción del motor en el centro de servicio autorizado de TVS en DEC 2022, sinceramente me duele ver nuestra querida moto desmantelado en solo 1, 5 años después de la compra. Pero el EL RUIDO DEL EMPUJADOR (RUIDO DE LA CABEZA DEL MOTOR) del Apache 4V es común y la empresa necesita abordarlo lo antes posible. El segundo problema fue GEARBOX NOISE en Apache. El tercero El equipo comenzó a hacer un RUIDO GANADOR serio que fue aterrador para ser honesto, así que lo llevé al servicio local centro y solucioné todos los problemas bajo garantía. Meri Apache 160 4V Riding Mode Ed. Hai brought in Nov 2021 abhi iss Nov. 3 year ho jayenge. 27000km running hywa hai and maine 25500 pe Clutch plate change kiya fir bhi maja nahi aa raha, Pickup drop huwa hai aisa feel ho raha and engine bhi pehle jaisa smooth nhi lagta. However bike handle single handledly! Mai Soch raha hoo ki Motul 10W40 pe shift ho jaoo. Please let me know any suggestions if you have? I got my head and cylinder kit get unchanged under warranty Head Kit ( 10000) Cylinder kit (3666) Timing Chain (525) Plus labour. You should have asked them to change whole head assembly under warranty

Engine grade bahut imp hai bhai 10 W 50 bahut jyata thick hai... Tu jab start karega to 5 mins tujhe oil garam karke chalana padega... Tabhi gear box n head ka issue aya

Please don’t modify the braking system of the bike. The ABS system is complicated and can mal-function if tampered with

Bhai tu bach gya, maine ek long ride mei, khud se bike ka oil change kiya, baad mei saalo nei mereko wo milake nahi diya, upar se warranty khaa gya mera. Abhi bike 36k chali hai, aaur crank ke paas se awaz aa rha hai, showroom mei khud se gya mai, parts change karwane, mechanic ko pata hi nahi aa rha awaz kaha se aa rha, khali fokat mei, mera Oneway Clutch, Crank Rocker aur Tensioner change kar diya. Sound pahle jaisa waise ka waisa hi hai.

In my bike Apache 200 4v i completed 1500 km in first 500 km i made my first service after that in 700 km in 4th gear 55-60 km speed i heard kat kat noise after that I visited service centre they actually don't know where the sound is coming they tested my bike for 1 week i happened after two weeks of my bike delivery in first 500 km i drive below 60km speed . After me making a complaint on tvs toll free number showroom service manager called me and said surely we will handover your bike they handover the same day after i making an complaint they said crannksoft and bearing got damaged after that they replaced then i made an test drive for 20 km then i got the same noise in 70km to 75 km in 5th gear i asked my bike serviced mechanic he said just drive another some more kmm then i am driving till day but I am not going this speed 70 to 75 i go only below and above this speed because today also i tested in highway by going on this speed 73 i got the sound next week i am going to Kerala trip please some one help me

Tvs made bs6 apache worst and it also has problem with clutch plates and also tvs shittiest engine oil is main reason apache do not live long after 7000 rpm usually you will feel vibration in handlebars and since parts are expensive and mechanics in service center do not know well about apache electronics service is usually worst and contoner service is worst from tvs so stay away i highly remommend to buy a japnese brand or ktm indian brands started to suck nowadays
