Thank you for this video, I'm always brought to a place in my heart that brings me happiness. Love the crown dancers and the singing and drumming. I listen to Delmar Boni's Apache jam cd every day. I'm a non native from Kentucky but I feel like I somehow connect with this, anyway blessings to all of you and stay safe and strong.

harus di lestarikan budaya budaya leluhur. Seperti kami dari suku jawa (javanese) tetap melestarikan budaya leluhur agar tetap ada hingga sekarang.

Though not "officially enrolled," it blesses my spirit to connect to my People. While filling me with sadness, it fills my spirit with joy and love.

I’m not either, I was adopted out as an infant. I did track down my adoption and birth records years ago and found out who my birth parents were, my mother was enrolled White Mountain Apache. But trying to enroll when I live clear across the country is hard lol.

I'm not either. My family became disconnected after my grandmother married a white man. My mom left home right out of high school and my grandmother passed on what she could to my mom. My sisters and I have been wading through stories to find the truth so we don't pass on or perpetuate things that never happened. 💜

Hello and thanks! I have a question for you! I watch a lot of videos showing the puberty ceremony, that I find fantastic! My question is, there is a young girl who accompanies the girl for whom there is the ceremony...What is she? A friend? A relative? And she has already had this ceremony or not? Regards!
