This is another song that I enjoy listening too. It is from my collection of traditional Apache Songs. Sorry there is a hiccup 3/4 of the way in the song. Enjoy!

Please explain for foreigners, what they sing. Many people in the world have sympathy to Native American culture, and here it would be better to understand the words.

Victor 3D it is said the more you come around to the medicine man who sings these traditional songs. He will talk about them, and he will describe the meaning of the song, but the tricky part is.. He will only explain part of the song in english then he will say the rest in Apache. They say he doesn't talk about the songs in public only if its for the girl, overall it's only at the sweat. But I wouldn't know because I'm not a male. I observe, I listen, I listen to the elders. Ha' aa' agoone.

Thank for explaining. I am slightly surprised, that only medicine man knows the sense of the song. Well, he don't translate it for foreigners. But the Apache people understand the words of this song?
@IsaacEagleBearAlvarado6 жыл бұрын
Victor 3D Not all but alot of our songs are vocables with chant like verses that have actual translation, some used for different ceremonies and some as daily tunes, If you speak or understand our language you can understand, but It's hard to translate alot of our language, but usually if you don't speak it to just close your eyes, clear your mind, and spirit and listen and feel the energy of the song, it's medicine, and it's healing. You can understand and get the same from it as well,

Certainly, I don't speak Apache language. I began to understand your explaining, correlating that you told with Buddhian mantras. There syllables are on ancient language of India. Most of buddhists don't know this language, but all they sing it and get healing action. Your advice (how to listen) gives some results for me. I have listened to this song once again. I feel something mystical when the chorus sings one phrase. But I feel nothing, when one man sings. I only can guess, his singing has more content. Probably, it is necessary to be Apache man to understand all.
