Steamed Caramel cake or Kuih Apam Caramel is a traditional Malay kueh which can be eaten on it's own or taste more delicious eaten with shredded coconut added with a little salt. Although it is made without using any egg, you can still achieve a soft and fluffy Kueh Apam. Use a nice looking moulds your cake will looks beautiful and appetizing.
