Bosnian Serbs have shrugged off the meeting of Western leaders in London to discuss what action to take after the rebel Serbs captured the U-N safe haven Srebrenica last week.
Whilst attention is now focusing on the besieged Muslim enclaves of Zepa and Gorazde, thousands of refugees from Srebrenica remain in Tuzla where the United Nations are struggling to help them.
The U-N is barely coping with this refugee crisis and looks likely to have another one on its hands very soon.
There are thousands of refugees in this camp in the United Nations airbase in Tuzla - all of them fled Srebrenica after the former U-N safe area was seized by Bosnian Serb forces last week.
Now, the rebel Serbs have their sights set on two other Muslim enclaves, Zepa and Gorazde.
Like Srebrenica was, they are both protected by U-N forces.
Now the initial panic is over, the U-N are setting about making the camp more habitable.
The children may still dislike having their hair cut, but their mothers know life has to go on.
Jordanian and Pakistani United Nations troops have been building a makeshift mosque for the Muslims to have somewhere to pray.
SOUNDBITE:
" We built this mosque to... come easily, and close to the camp. It is very important to making peace, and very important to be close with him."

It is peace that negotiators meeting in London today (Friday) would like to bring about.
But many Bosnian Muslims already feel let down by the international community that has already failed to protect one safe area.
And allegations against the rebel Serbs continue.
The Bosnian Foreign Minister today (Friday) claimed that the Bosnian Serbs killed up to ten-thousand people after capturing Srebrenica last week, although these figures cannot be independently confirmed.
The women, children and elderly gathered here can only hope that the international community will not let them down this time.
