1.5crore is only high for this house, 2.35 cr is not worth at all. 40K ichi rent ki vundachu kavalantey one year, 4.8 lakhs lo enjoy chesinattu vuntundi 1 year property ni.... Manaki appreciation vundAdhu tarawatha 2.35 cr ki minchi....!!!

1.8 cr max to max that too since its furnished .. for 2.3 it should be atleast 2200 to 2400sft flat ... Otherwise its not worth for 1500 sft

Flat looks very congested and the entrance is so narrow too! 2cr is way too high, only with Aparna brand, they are quoting so high and that too it’s in Nallagandla, that road is always with heavy traffic!

35 sq yards uds and all these appliances are not necessary for each one. Without furniture and interiors they might have sold for 1.2 cr or something. Now 2.3 is too high we can get big size flats elsewhere

I purchased 2151 sqft apartment in Auro Regent for 2.2 cr. much bigger and much better location
