This so beautiful!!.How would you play with this type of lot if a sim would live in the appartment? I havent played sims 4 a lot and I dont know how to make a non-rich sim live in a appartement above a shop

Why wouldn't the retail lot work for this? Bookstores are stores. I've played the retail lot several times and it works fine. Can you sale in game books?
