I use to live at The Aster by Cortland, I moved because I hated the area so much! Too congested, too many people. I would recommend using apartment agents or umovefree for future moves! Ive moved 3 times in 3 years and never had to pay first month rent or pay to move my stuff bc ive always used a locator and they would find me great deals!

@@NarcisseFields It's definitely snowing now when it stops that's when that brutal cold hits I can honestly Chicago is definitely not what it use to be all the events we had in the 90s-2000s have ceased due to cretins and wreckless violence, bags are 7 cents in the city, the food that was once good has gotten egregious in the hoods overall just substandard....also it's just an unscrupulous, fraudulent, corrupt, duplicitous city filled with tawdriness with a strong effluvium of stale weed, alcohol,old grease and apathy❗Orland Park has the best food Granite City Brewery, Bonefish Grill, Coopers Hawk, Millers Ale House and Schaumburg hadone called White Chocolate hands down❗❗it closed permanently due to Covid-19 the suburbs are overall better the vibe and the people the city is ratchet and squalid❗❗❗❗❗❗❗

Prices on apartments change everyday. That’s the crazy thing. Sometimes you can get a longer lease and a cheaper price but yes these are for the one bedrooms

Lewisville area actually is great, That specific complex was just closer to the colony so it was further then where I wanted move because I wanted to be closer to highway 35. If you like Lewisville check out Chapel hill And Hebron 121. I also liked those two complex’s but they didn’t have availability for when I needed it! Hope this helps 💕

It was definitely the layout of the apartment. All of the locations were somewhere I would’ve felt safe and secure.

None of these are near Arlington, if you are interested in Arlington I would look at HEB area ( Hurst, Euless, Bedford) and Grand Prairie. I can go out and tour some apartments if that will help, just let me know. 😊

Hey Robert, Credit depends on the property but they will always need your last 3-4 paystubs for income verification. If you have a side business like I do then you’ll probably need bank statements as well. You can always ask what the requirements are and as you’re looking you will soo different properties under the same management company and they usually will have all the same requirements. I hope that makes sense 😬 feel free to ask more questions if it doesn’t and I’ll try to help as much as I can. ☺️

Not that I know of. Money orders are probably the safest form of payment when dealing with cash so that you can have a paper trail.
