The Quails has a beautiful aesthetic. Pauls Hof is great for being located in a quiet place but the rooms and cupboards seem pretty small. The aesthetic is not giving as much but I love that the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The cottage has a beautiful aesthetic to it, the tiles and colour scheme makes the cottage look lively but the parking issue is a “No”.

@ sandton and midrand. I am avoiding all those houss developments (precinct, the parks, indawo) they look beautiful but yooh people are complaining too much about lack of maintenance and support and how noisy those complexes are

Hey you can also check , Montserrat, Villerfranche, Avignon, Sunset Boulevard,Montego all these are in Lonehill (Fourways) a quiet area and all these are in the same area literally next to each other, so you do have options. Very close to Fourways mall,Fourways crossing, Lonehill shopping centre, Pineslopes shopping centre and Dainfern square.

Middle income earners' Apartment designs in Joburg are boring and predictable, this developers aren't really taking their job seriously. Cape Town and Dubai are my favourite cities in apartment designs and layouts. Inspired to get my wealth right and get into being a developer. To give reference when taking about Unique is ( Braamfotein lofts in The precinct) my God 😍
