I loved your storytelling and humor! And it was even better coz it was very similar to my fiancé & I’s apartment hunt which also happened in September 😂 We got approved for ours a week before our lease was over and we were STRESSING! No mice or old apartment catching on fire tho (although there was a big fire incident 3 blocks from where we lived 😓) but glad to say the crazy journey led us to find our perfect apartment 🥹

What’s really sad about this is I think that letter really made them think oh this person is smart with an educational background who will advocate for themselves let’s no risk having a tenant who can challenge us if we mess up. Smh
