This week I toured houses in Kileleshwa are from 500$ - 1200$. These houses have really good amenities and are all rental units in Nairobi Kenya. Rental apartments in Kenya vary depending on the location and age of the building. Newer apartments in Nairobi tend to be more expensive despite most of them being smaller in size while older apartments in Nairobi are cheaper and larger.
