The first one is not giving nop...the marquise ones that are not facing the constructions are really good the ones facing constructions will be hectic..The grey pearl one looks good the rest especially with the constructions ongoing will really disturb you with the noises and the dust and all that comes with construction just that the windows and browns are not giving ...Enaki is really beautiful looks like it will be a great community when everything is complete..keep looking

The closer you live to town the more expensive the apartments get If you want cheaper modern apartments with even better amenities you can find them in syokimau(close to mombasa road) and ruaka Two bedroom around 50k to 65k and three bedrooms around 90k
