I don't think those were partitions put up by the landlord. The first unit on the Esplanade always had that sectioned off to serve as a sunroom. That same unit type has a few that were converted into 2 bedrooms, converting the space in front of each of the 2 windows into their own separate bedrooms.

I LOVE creeping on how apartments are laid out haha these were all really nice but wow it sucks when landlords are dishonest from the get go
