Keisha, thanks for this Apartment Locating update! So true just a handful of Locators on YT, and I really appreciate your thorough breakdown of income & what to expect day-to-day. Congrats on your team lead position! Got a couple of questions for you: Do you have to pay your touring agents, and does your company hire Locators who work remote only? I live in CA, but am interested in getting licensed in CO and/or IL if I can work remotely. Looking forward to your pt. 2 Atlanta followup later this week!

Thank u for coming back from a long vacation from YT and welcome back. And i have a lot of patient and time to watch ur new update vlog too. And so thank u taking ur time and patient to upload a talking video too so. When i went to college at St. Rose college in Albany, NY and one of my class i took Finace class bout balancing money and building up a budget the amount of a paycheck. And i was wondering if u do another talking/ tips of balancing paychecks for apartment locator.

Hey Keisha! I love your videos and I really appreciate all the information you provide about apartment locating. Since you said you’ve worked for multiple companies including smart city, which is a pretty well known one, what are the main differences from aptamigo? I know you said smart city generates their own leads versus you generating your own leads now with aptamigo? What’s the pros and cons of each and where would you recommend an aspiring apartment locator work, at aptamigo?
