@@chesstime356 Nothing wrong with that. I took a break from apartment maintenance in 2006 & did residential HVAC for 2 years from 2006-2008 then got back into apartment maintenance.

How did you diagnose the washer machine water valve is bad? What was they problem? Or over all it’s always the bad valve ?

Just from experience. I've had this issue in the past. Once the solenoid goes bad it can either not open at all and won't allow any water through, it can get stuck opened and never shut off or it cannot close fully and allow very little water to pass through like the issue I had in the video. Hey brother.. the ac closet do you keep that door locked for all your resident... I went on a ac call to and apartment building and they all were locked...

No mine aren't locked. The main water shut off for the apartment is in there as well & we show the residents where the main valve is incase they ever have a major plumbing leak and can't get the water shut off they can then shut the main valve to the apartment off in the utility closet.
