Whk is really killing with the price. I pay 7k in Swk for a 2 bedroom, two bathrooms (the one has a bathtub and shower 😂) and double garage in town. Great financial move. We learn everyday, my cousin from Ohauwanga. Thank you ❤

My apartment is not so pricey but if I find a similar one 1k lower I will definitely go for it. I have started cutting down on black tax as I was people’s financial savior and it’s such a relief.

Hay dear.. Been a long time.. I also downloaded.. I've rented out my cluster and im staying with my mom coz i want to build my dream house this year. And at my mom's im not paying anything.. Im able to savw more and put more towards the building project wich i will start in few months time.. Im not even ashamed coz i don't live for people, and im at the happiest.. I even sold my car and expanded my business. And i work from home, so i don't really need a car.. So all the best and wishing you a blessed 2023

As for me I’m downgrading as well. Going green installing gas stoves at my house, got a Solar geyser last year, got diesel car, and using laybye as an option to buy any item I want. Large purchases

If this is downsizing in Namibia bring it on. A great accommodation. How much would the rent cost per month in $ I am planning to do a Southern Africa Adventure for the end of 2023 and if it pans out I will definitely visit Namibia for at least a week.
