Finally, a video where the creator uses truly affordable pieces. I actually don't think the *polite suggestion* of purchasing a home 🏠 *while still young* was "rude', mean or presumptuous. While it is true that we can never know what someone's financial situation could be--- good advice IS STILL good advice, especially when given positively/politely. I wish someone told ME the same thing while very young over & over again, because it probably would have helped "sew a seed" early in my 🧠 mind, helping me subconsciously & consciously to work toward that goal. Even buying the smallest property & flipping it for resale at age 25, (maybe with the help/co-investment of family or friends) probably would have helped me learn & grow and eventually build a Real Estate Empire by age 40. Young people need positive advice & encouragement to build bigger & better things for themselves as early as possible. I didn't get that and it WAS needed.
