We're spending the month of October in Nice, France. For our accommodation, we booked a long term Air B n B. At the time of purchase, it cost us $1700 CAD (~1300 USD) for the full month. I suspect in the summer months, the unit would be more expensive but we're showing you what it's like just after the busy months.
