We have invested 400 sq yards plot 10 years back 3 kms from Rajahmundry city highway.. no appreciation at all and infact it seems got depreciated and that area is still not suitable for living though it's road side . So land also doesn't always pay off.

Apartments are built with a gap of about 10 ft between two apartments. Independent houses have a very small setback... And sunlight can't get through those small gaps that are deep. It would feel like living in a dungeon. Even villas have the same problem. Unless houses are built on large areas such as 400 sq. yards, there is no advantage in having an independent house. It is just the feeling that you are truly independent. On the other hand, apartments in Hyd. need to be built like the ones in China, pune etc.. where a lot of gap is left between adjacent blocks. It is not yet happening in Hyd.

This analaysis is a pure joke.. These guys want you to invest in gated communities for commission and invest in equities or other financial investments as tats the only investment where you get monthly commission. If You invest in a rental property these guys will get commission only once. Don't fall for these... Rental incomes are extraordinary in big cities and metros. In bengaluru, for a land size of 1200sft costing 1cr and 4floors construction costs 1cr...with 2cr investment you get a minimum returns of 2L+ per month. Watch men salary will be 8-10k for small buildings as they will get free room, electricity etc. For investment of 2cr you are getting 2L rent.. 1₹ Or 12% intrest returns.... Land appreciation will be another 1₹ interest ..total 12-24% returns . If these guys took money and suggested such ideas you will pay only once but if you invest in equities they will get asset management fees for ever and also if you invest in gated they get commissions as unsold inventory is in record levels. Vanga prasad is genuine but I'm losing respect for him for encouraging frauds like RP.
