That is the most unusual Home I have ever seen. It is a perfect blend of Traditional and Modern as you said Danilo. That place is special indeed. Is the Cathedral you are walking past the same one down the street from another apartment you showed us? It looks familiar to me. It would be great to have a lap pool in there. Appreciate the honesty Danilo that the property needs work. The positives are of course Firenze, the glass and light that fills almost every room, but cannot imagine living in an aquarium where all of your neighbors can look in the home from above is not really a comfortable feeling. :P

I love the body and structure of the interiors, the curvatures of the high ceilings and columns. It's a very spacious apartment that is a premium especially in the middle of an ancient city such as Florence. This would be quite a grand apartment with a combination of modern-contemporary furnishings and accessories combined with some fine antique pieces. Your shoulder and chest look more muscular. What an awesome apartment with the glass floor. I thought to myself what beautiful acoustics for a musician (as I am a keyboardist) before you said it. A wonderful place to perform a concert for Romolini Christie's staff (smiles). The terrace is amazingly beautiful and so unexpected. AND, you sat down and spoke to, "me" with details of restoration possibilities. This is by far my fav. apartment so far. The combination of the breath-taking apartment features along with Danilo being a great tour-guide is simply incredible. Thank you for another outstanding video. If I could, I would bring my entire family to Florence to live in this apartment. I will be watching this many times again.
