What I love about your apartments is that they don't look cramped especially this apartment has lots of space. I love that the 2nd floor has access to balconies as well. I love the attic space. You guys thought of everything. Arigato domo!

Must say that's a first I've seen an attic storage in any kind of apartment anywhere! I've only known houses to have those I love that!

This was a really nice apartment. I have seen other videos of Japanese apartments and this one is really spacious. Having so many windows was another way to get natural lighting.

I could never live in any of these cities ! I need green! Trees , flowers and the blue sky...😞

Great size, but I'd have to have a 2nd bath on the upper floor too, you could hurt yourself going down those stairs in the middle of the night.

+cherylynn927 Sorry about that! This was a first attempt, and trying to show a whole room without a lot of turns is kind of difficult... Working on slower, smoother turns though, so check out our newer videos and let us know what you think!

Awesome !!! How much are your 1ldk apartments?
@ApartmentOsaka8 жыл бұрын
April Aballa We have hundreds of listings on our homepage, and have hundreds more not listed that we can show you! To give you a rough starting price for a 1LDK, you'd probably be looking around 70K yen, but can be more or less depending on location, age of the building, etc.

Very nice , I noticed everything is white / beige toned colors inside with wood floors or white floors and no carpets , is that common in Japan ?
@ApartmentOsaka9 жыл бұрын
Karim Sanchez White and beige are popular and more common in newer buildings. Lighter colors help a room look brighter, which makes it more appealing. Wood and laminate are the most preferred flooring type, and are gradually replacing traditional tatami floors. Carpet is not very common in Japanese apartments.

creepy for me to see a lot of grey and no green from grass n trees
@tranlily30017 жыл бұрын
K&D Cowell-Pettway It happen in one of biggest city in the Japan, they do have some trees in yard but not all house have yard or space like that, except the countryside. But they do have "public place, and small parks in each areas to grow trees" as much as it can. Btw, if you rents house/apartment you still always can grown trees, grass, flower as you can. Even it small space but it give us LIFE feels. And I think mostly ppl rents house is young couple, a group of friend,etc..they're must be busy & go out to working, playing outside alots so they don't feel "green grass & trees" But I argee with you, even it very clean, mordem, full of natural sunlight shine to the room but it must better if it have some color or a but of trees, nothing better!!! I like the way new system in Sing they do try grown a lot green grass, flower, trees in apartment, condos.
