Very nice. I love how the bathroom is set up and it seems to be sound proof. I could see myself living there.

The location was excellent, so close to pubic transit and a supermarket, and the street wasn't noisy. It would work for a single person, though the kitchen was a bit too tiny for me, with just a mini fridge and no counter space.

This is a beautiful apartment! Definitely in my top 50 apartments that i've seen so far! Currently a few hundreds away from renting this beauty! Stationed in Kyoto for a family visit, hoping to live nearby to regularly go see them.

This is probably one of the sweetest apartments in Japan I've seen so far. Good price. Close enough to Namba and Nipponbashi. I would go for it.

+The Real Meow I've seen apartments in Oji, Nishi-Funabashi (small houses), Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and Komagome Station for less than 80000 yen. They're 2DK (well, and Nishi-Funabashi is in Chiba though). Searched through chintai.net, that could be the con since you've to pay shikikin, reikin, real estate agency fee and insurance fees. Despite the small sizes of japanese apartments in general they're very welcoming!

I like Japan and would like to visit it one day, but why everything feels so depressing when it comes to apartments? Maybe the better will be to live in a hotel.

what is a good estimate on the price for an apartment like this after utilities?
@ApartmentOsaka8 жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you for your comment! The rent is 98,000 JPY per month, and you pay utilities separately based on how much you use. On average though, gas, electricity, water, and wifi will probably be between 10,000 to 15,000 JPY per month.

Where do you wash the clothes and dry them?
@ApartmentOsaka9 жыл бұрын
DJ Bunny Sitter If you see the square area with the drain in the floor at 1:40 in the video, that is a washing machine pan where you can install a washing machine. Driers are very rare in Japan. Most people will hang their clothes outside on their balcony, or buy a clothes rack for hang-drying clothes inside.

how much is 98,000 yen in US money?
@ApartmentOsaka8 жыл бұрын
+suzie antillon Exchange rate aside, 100 yen is about equal to $1. When looking at yen, moving the decimal two digits to the left will give you an approximate price in US dollars. So, 98000 yen would be about $980 (^_~)
