@@LifeinYellowknife You are most welcome. I guess the cost of municipal services, education and lot prices are costly. Iam not sure. Keep them coming.

The housing market here in Minnesota has been great the last couple years, i bought my house two years ago and I got it at a steal $200k in a wonderful neighborhood. 3 bed 1 bath, two living rooms. And now my value is up $26k (Estimate) without the basement finished yet! not bad in my opinion. Looks like things are greatly expensive there where you are at, compared to here.

I am a senior citizen leading retired life in Toronto. I had a great desire to watch Aurora northern lights. I intend to visit yellowknife with my son in October for 4 nights. Can you please guide me some reasonable hotel for 2 beds and private bathroom
@LifeinYellowknife4 ай бұрын
@@iqbalzaidi hope you enjoy! I’m not sure what hotel to direct you to exactly. The only thing I can say is King Charles stayed at the Nova so Im assuming that’s the best one? The restaurant sucks however. Lol

@LifeinYellowknife Thanks for responding. I have subscribed your channel. We booked the explorer hotel for 2 nights but it's very expensive. Now we like to book some cheaper one for 18th and 19th of October. Also do you suggest renting car to move around or they have public transport. What are the best ways to hunt for northern lights. Kindly guide we will be there for the first time. Awaiting your response.

Hi, thanks for the video . Do you know how difficult is to immigrate to NWT for someone outside of Canada ? Is there a chance to get a job offer? I have some experience working in Ontario for like a year but now I'm back in Europe (czech republic).. thank you
@LifeinYellowknife4 жыл бұрын
Great question thanks! It’s one a lot of people seem to have and I’m really not sure I’m so sorry! I think it’s different for every territory and province. For example, I know at the hospital where my husband works they have different classifications and they hire for example indigenous locals first, then they hire locals, then people out of territory etc etc down the list. So my husband really didn’t have a good shot as a white male that wasn’t in the territory but they are pretty desperate for people I think lol. I’m sure it will help that you’ve already been to Canada to work and are familiar with the process! I’m thinking it’s probably easier to get a job here than it would be Ontario.. depending on what you do of course!
