Thanks 🙏…another video i find quiet interesting. Did I hear her says it is a government developed building ! . This means in my opinion two things: 1-government is getting in line with real state market, 2-it is probably well accomplished in terms of structure. Just one clarification, is this open for expats? I find the finishing can introduce a challenge for people that are not staying there, in terms of time and finding the right materials with the language as a big barrier. You almost must need a georgian person to help you especially if you don’t speak either Russians or the native language. Thanks again.
