Hi favour you did not mention price range of these apartments. If one is looking for a 2 bedroom apartment how much will it cost in Winnipeg?

Thank you so much for watching Lawrence. In Winnipeg, accommodation costs vary. The first one was about $1500 a month before utilities and the second was about $1300 as at when I viewed the apartments. But two bedroom apartments could cost from $900 up and this is dependent on the location and the utilities included and it’s also based on preference and a few other amenities that come with the apartment. The second apartment has a separate dining area but I feel the first would be tight if you add a dining so I’ll say just add chairs by the island and that’ll be the dining

For the two apartments it was about $200 dollar difference but then the utilities were different so when you consider the utilities involved it could be an extra $100

Hi Carmil, they're windows and balconies in both apartments just that they had blinds on them so they weren't open at the moment. I was able show one of the balconies but didn't go out to show the other as it was very late.
