That 1st apartment, in Charlotte would go for 900 easily. Stainless steel appliances and granite and wooden floors and fireplace would be 1500.

I wish they would show the actual apartment rather than model . It can be misleading from original apartment. Can you find some duplexes or townhomes in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, North Brookhaven.

By the attached apartment 🎥 video show; all of the apartments shown appear decent and nice 👀 looking choices to choose from, but, by that attached 🎥 video showing, I think, I would do to choose between the third, forth and fifth apartment shown.↗⏩ BUT; to be honest, it's really best to see apartment/housing of which interested in, in person, for a live walk through with the customer service persons that's advertising and or showing housing to see up close inside of the apartment or apartments to be in good and or decent shape; including the appliances to see in person, if in good and or decent shape.😘↗I may have said to choose the third, forth or fifth apartment shown, but, may choose the first or second apartment if seen in person to be nice and or decent and have good vibes of feelings about during inside the apartment walk through and area the apartment/housing located in looks nice and decent and feels peaceful or like a pleasant place to live.👌
