Absolutely 100% correct. You paying a ton of money to buy a seaside appartment, just to find out few year down the line , is not anymore shiny and prety. Whoever has experienced this , knows what you on about.

Hello Vlad. How to contact you? I am considering to move to Albania in a few months.

Hi Vlad! Hope all is well. I just read that you can apply for a residency permit while visiting Albania in the first 30 days of your visit. Do American retirees need to provide any other documentation besides a valid passport to apply? Thank you so much!

The way you're bundled up, it looks more Siberian there than Mediterranian. Are the temps any more moderate away from the water front?

Wonder where Vlad is from! Definitely not Albanian. But, he is mostly right about seaside buildings. However, if you isolate your apartment well you might not have the problems Vlad described. We own an apartment right in the background of Vlad's standing at the end of the video and we don't have any problems but to be truthful our apartment is not facing the sea just sideways.
