APC PowerChute™ Serial Shutdown initial setup for Smart-UPS

My problem is, after installing PowerChute Serial Shutdown, it attempted to open the configuration in Microsoft Edge, but instead Edge opened to it's default page from Microsoft. There is no start menu icon and running the installer again says it is already installed. Nothing shows up in Windows Settings Apps page as if nothing was installed, but the installer log file says installation was successful. Your video doesn't show how to get to that starting page (no link) and I am still looking around for a link to that configuration page. My unit is connected via USB and I removed PowerChute Personal Edition before installing Serial Shutdown as I read it was being discontinued. Now I have no way to set up the preferred shut down sequence or check on it's status. Product is APC Smart-UPS SMT1500C.

Thanks for the attempt to provide a video but the audio quality was terrible. You might consult an audio specialist who will probably suggest keeping the mic very close to the person's mouth to reduce room noise and increase high frequencies, using a compressor/limiter and some EQ, especially a wide cut of the low mids and possible slight boost around 10k.
