Yes that half a mile to Glenridding Dodd is a steep up for sure. I was up ther with a mate just before Christmas and we finished on Sheffield Pike at it was -10C and absolutely baltic. A very enjoyable watch as always, although, not the best of weather for you as you got higher but at least you kept dry and had a good drink/s at the end. I am doing Raise and White Side on Thursday funny enough, cheers Alan

That looks a nice walk. If we went up the way you came down, are there any particularly steep bits that would get me into trouble with Louise (she wouldn’t like Glenridding and Heron Pike climbs). We’d come down via Glencoyne, which is a beautiful track 🙂

Another great video lads (and lady), thanks! One of my favourite walks is from The Kings Head at Thirlmere, up Helvellyn via white stones, drop down to Whiteside, then Raise, and then Sticks Pass back to the pub, so brought back some nice memories in the latter part of this video. Just to ask, there are no music credits? has something changed on YT? I really enjoy your music selections and sometimes like to explore them further.

Thanks Malcolm, I used to put the credits in the description but then You Tube started putting it in anyway, so I stopped due to repetition. I will add credits again in this and in future so credit is given. Thanks for the heads up
