Thank you for selflessly sharing your knowledge, this is a great place to learn more about JIRA. Speaking of apps, can you make a video about Gantt charts and JIRA (BigGantt, Advanced Roadmaps), I believe I'm not the only one looking for a solution to that.

Hi there - loving your videos!! Question for you, do you see a way to use custom charts to replicate the velocity report? I feel like I’m making this so much harder than it needs to be. Our big problem is we have 4 arts, boards all over the place so using the velocity report from the project is not working well.

You might be able to use Custom Charts for this. . . I personally haven't tried. I'm not sure that Custom Charts can show you committed vs completed story points. . . if anything, it could show you story points on issues, and get a summation, but not sure beyond that. I recommend you reach out to Custom Charts. . .they have an excellent support team.
