Apex Guide: Easier Way To Get 4,000 Damage In Season 20

My solution to the current pubs problem would be to create ranked performance badges (4ks and 20 bomb badges). This would create a higher demand for pub stompers and high skill players to go and play ranked as they would want to get a unique badge that not a lot of people have. If you're pulling up with a PRED 20 BOMB AND 4K BADGE you're different and I am leaving.

I wish they would add progression to the 20bomb badge like how they have for the 4k badge. Even if it was just a 10kill badge as level 1 and 20 kill as level two

100% agree with lumi here,I use to be able to drop 4ks ,sometimes even no fill solo queuing,but ever since that update towards the end of S17 I haven't dropped a single 4k or 20 bomb game,every player in my lobbies is stacking but it's not normal players ,players that have tens of thousands of kills are stacking and hugging eachother to the point when you cant force 1v1s and 1v3s have become nearly impossible ,theres no skill gap in pubs anymore,it feels like everything comes down to luck or who has the better weapon or using the OP legends like combining revenant and conduit(yeah in pubs)pubs is so unfun everyone is playing like its ranked all to win with 3 kills 1000 damage and if you drop a good game in your first game ,forget topping that afterwards,its not happening

pubs are unplayable for me and my buddies rn.. every game we just get clapped by 50k kill pathfinders with pred badges and shit, no way we can compete with these types of players, every evening we just kinda quit out cuz none of us are having fun.

@@maddenplaya2097 doesn't matter. Everyone knows pubs has been shit for years and will probably never be fixed. I personally have completely stopped playing pubs and only play Mixtape these days Also, the fact that you seem to think a certain legend is a necessity in pubs goes to show you that it's simply not a fun casual experience, because that would mean being able to run legends and guns that aren't meta and still have fun

Same. Pubs has been terrible since season 4, which is 4 years ago now. I was so happy when Arenas came into the game, but then bitterly disappointed by how it turned out to be lol. I still grinded it more than the BR though because it felt like less time was wasted playing it Now that Mixtape is in the game, it's literally the only thing keeping the game alive for me

I dropped a 4K in the Final Fantasy Event, it was my first one, but because that event took over Trios it didn’t count so it has discouraged me ever since since since that moment I haven’t even come close to getting a game like the one I had during that Event.

I'm done playing apex right now as a casual player the matchmaking is unbearable in pubs im a casual player and I played three games and I'm constantly placed with triple stack 20 bomb preds and im sick to death of it if they don't fix this matchmaking I will legit never play apex again for how disgusting it has become. Im writing this after just leaving the game not even 15 minutes ago and ive never had such an unenjoyable and infuriating experience in my life by just playing a game.

I have never played enough Ranked to get higher than silver cuz i mostly play by myself and I didnt start playing the game until the end of season 10. I finally got my 2k badges with vantage and valkyrie last season but i play with preds and masters players all the time in pubs even tho I'm solo queing. I don't play a lot, i have played almost 3k games and my highest damage is 2446. I have even tried to play solo to try and get easier lobbies and that didnt even seem to help much cuz the champs were still high ranked. I obviously get easier lobbies sometimes but usually i have so much anxiety over playing these really hard games that its hard to have fun even in an easier lobby

this season feels way sweatier to me than last season. i haven’t had a decent run since the season started. i started at the tail end of season 17, so it’s probably not the best time to arrive into the game. i don’t have too much experience to give a good analysis. my lifetime KD is 1.03… highest rank is gold atm. last night i had leamonhead in my lobby as the champion 😵‍💫 i don’t have an issue with that itself; i was honestly honored that the system feels i’m good enough to compete with a player of such a high caliber. its just weird that i would be thrown in such a high-tier lobby

I think at the level I am now I can just expect the 20 to come to me eventually but the 4k sounds like it just wouldn’t be fun to grind for I’m just gonna have fun and then maybe I’ll eventually just get one or hopefully both!

I am a og apex player with 4k and 20 bomb badges and I can say that my first few games back playing were really enjoyable until I dropped 7 kills then it put me against preds they need to change the matchmaking system because it is not fun anymore I can’t play to regain my skill if I don’t even have a chance

I think solo mode would fix a lot of these issues. It's also difficult because the average player skill is so much higher than even a few seasons ago. Not to mention the AA, 3 stacks, cheaters ,etc.

Yeah my friend had this problem, we had played a lot and me and him were gold-plat at the time, he was playing much more e Ty an me since I was playing ranked, once I played with him his lobby’s were preds and masters and him and me just couldn’t compete, and his lobby’s just stayed like that so he quit 😞

i agree with the pubs thing just started playing apex again with my friend whos not the best and where getting in games with like 10k + kills and several times i got in a game with 35k+ kills like only have like 200 like i average 2 or some kills a game and my friend maybe gets 1 its just annoying man

Hunt showdown feels like playing apex legends 2019. They could do something similar to OW2, where the matchmaking is corrected every game. Or just something closer to that, and not every 15 games, not to mention making sure when you solo q, you preferable never be put into a 3 stack lobby, it is better with that now, but still not perfect!

Almost every pubs match I play there's people with the nastiest badges and trackers. I guess I'm their 4k stepping stone. They just put me in the lobby to give them kills lmao

Why apex just not do matchmaking for pre-made teams like overwatch 1. In ow1 if pre-made you queue as pre-made team you will play with same pre-made in match. For example, 2-2-2 vs 2-2-2 or 3-3 vs 3-3 or 5-random vs 5-random, so we will never play with 2 randoms against full pre-made masters team?

It wouldn’t be so bad if your teamates matched the level of skill that your enemies have 😂 im prestige 2 and i get matched with 2 level 50’s but they expect me to fight multiple 3 stacks hugging each other 😂 like they literally just feed you to the dogs. it’s hard as a solo player for real

Me personally I feel rank is harder than pubs cuz rank u get low rank on your team and cuz your high rank u go against platinum diamonds and apex predator players and they get stomped and to do 1v3 or 2 is harder than pubs and it causes u to lose rank to me at least rank is harder

"Season 13's ranked system its considered one of the best" now thats just a lie, i remember vividly barely making it to gold because it was filled up with master and pred 3 stacks and when i finally got to platinum i actually was getting put into current pred lobbies, i remember playing on egame and the champion was the 3rd pred, so no, it was fucking ass

lol itsnot easier at all, cuz theres smurfs on rookie ranks and i literally had a pred on my game as a smurf getting 6k damage while pito strafing last time i played ranked so yeah.... no ty
