There was glitch with cross progression with platform locked packs. Back in season 1 I bought the founders packs because it went on half price, so £15 for 2k coins and a hemlok skin, however once cross progression came, I found out it was platform locked as I bought it on ps4, so the hemlok skin doesn’t show up on pc. But when I went back on ps4, it does. In addition to that I got a bonus 2000 apex coins almost as if I had bought the founder pack again, or re-rewarded it. 2000 bonus coins for me for free (not free they stole my 20 badge and 10k kills)

Steam purchases are bugged for apex, it takes a while to show up, I usually get them within half an hour, but I've heard some people go days before getting them. Buying them through the EA app works just fine though (for future reference, though if you do this you have to have apex installed twice)

No lol we get fucked on. We don't receive the free packs during events, and we actually end up with no packs and LESS crafting metals. It took me 4 years of consistent playing and 6000 hours to receive my first heirloom
