Also worth noting not all of those characters moves are that original, they just brought popularity to them. Which is why you can't exactly sue for a move unless it's exactly like the source (ex. Kamehameha, and even that isn't easy to sue for as many games and shows use it without issue). You're more likely to see a company suing for a skin.
