That video is slightly miss leading. Because there are a few shots he points out his cross hairs were not on the target. Which he does in a frame by frame manner totally disregarding the fact that he is moving while taking those shots. Any gamer knows when MOVING and sniping there is much more to hitting than the cross hairs being on the enemies body, just saying.
