This might not mean much, but in the Titanfall 2 loading screen tips the game says that IMC grunts (what those guys with the 301s are) are trained to lay down fire on suspected enemy positions, not to only take shots when they're lined up. Plus the plot.

So in the Void, Wraith sees the possible outcomes (alternate realities) of her present actions and calls out to help the "alternative Wraiths" who are making different choices, in order to help them.. but simultaneously the "alternative Wraiths" are all making different choices, seeing each other, and calling out in a sort of Feedback Loop. So she feels like she's going insane in every iteration. BRILLIANT

Yes and no, the void walker one who went back in time has had lots of time to learn her powers. While the past wraith has had a little bit of time to learn her power while they were building the arena. That’s why the future wraith can dash and go between dimensions and time but, the wraith we play as can only make portals and go in and out of reality.

That's cant be the full back story we don't know where she got the power but I've drawn up where it originates from, in titan fall 2 there was a machine that warped time like wraith's abilities I forget the name but you get a device that allows you to jump between when the machine was active and when it blew up. in the center was a ball of energy that was the base of the whole machine. Wraith as we now was a lab rat, the IMC who must've gotten access to the energy even after BT, the players titan in the campaign blew itself up to stop the energy from imploding , but this explosion didn't cancel out the energy itself making it stable enough to re-acquired by the IMC which was then used to fuse a human being with energy. Because apparently fusing energy that can warp space with a person is safe... Anyway by doing this wraith was able to connect to the void, a place between timeline, between dimensions, meaning every wraith in every dimension after the experiment was linked to every other wraith thus the voices from the void that warned each other of danger and safe paths. They also are able to jump into and out of the void using a similar device used by jack cooper to jump between dimensions and time. And can also create a portal between the void and other dimensions or the dimension they are coming from allowing anyone to jump into the void briefly to get to an otherwise far away location using the portal. Respawn has yet to explain how the wraiths abilities work exactly but this is my theory.
