On the initial set up, it looks overwhelming but in play, it looks pretty fun. I like the different visual indicators of the special abilities and the card resolution seems like it creates tense moments

The speed of the game means trying out all the characters and having fun with the variability. I wasn't really paying attention to this game but now I'm interested.

There are a lot of tokens and cards but once you start playing and get through a few rounds, it flows really nicely. The info on the weapon enhancements are intuitive too. The combinations of Legends makes a big difference, and then layering up all the different abilities, weapons, and loot adds a nice amount of depth without getting complicated. I really enjoyed your "what's in the box" video... really nice. Thanks for this second video. I'm really looking forward to this game. As someone who has one foot in the Apex world (playing since day 1) and someone who loves playing tabletop board games (especially tactical skirmish games - Star Wars Imperial Assault is one of my favorites), I think I'm going to absolutely love this game.

Shame that the board is so small itself...It looks like all you have to do is to loot and then just shoot. There is very small tactic Vibe in this

I haven't seen it in this video, but does this game have tokens for Ultimate Accelerants? Those usually help you get your abilities back faster in the video game.

Not in the box set I had, and I couldn't see it in the prototype rules.

Yes, Ultimate Accelerants are a type of consumable loot you can find in the game!

When does the combat results deck get refreshed/reshuffled? It seems like if you got familiar with the deck you’d know if all the power cards had been pulled?

When you've played through the deck, they are reshuffled. You're right, you could definitely remember the results. This is a prototype/review set so there could be cards more in the final box.

Actually, you're supposed to shuffle the Aim deck each time you perform a Shoot Action. So you never really know what your results will be!
