The Mirage decoys being able to hold their guns in mobile infuriates me. The mobile devs can actively impliment and fix that when Respawn hasn't? I know it's probably easier, but come on. Even in TF|2, the decoys had their guns out. It's ridiculous.

Why does it infuriate you lmao? Mirages abilities are meant to use in the heap of battle. Which is why he has one the fastest tacs and Ults out of every single legend in the game. If an enemy can identify if your decoy is using a gun or not then your just not using his abilities right and your decoys are obvious🤣 Sincerely- a 13k, 20 bomb badge, week 1 mirage main My tip to you new mirage main guys is this. Run, slide and send out a decoy in that animation. It sends the decoys sliding themselves and it REALLLY confuses people. Players seem to never expect a sliding decoy. I have won 1v1s and etc that I shouldn’t have just because of this.

Just a small detail you missed In Apex Legends Mobile; when a Decoy is synced with Mirage's movement. The Decoy can't perform emotes unlike in the PC Version

This is just the starting version of Apex Mobile. Imagine how lit this would look in Global Launch and then in coming future. The graphics will improve significantly, the animations will be smoother and it already has it's own set of game modes. Good times ahead :)

I don't think the fundamentals will change much. They'd have to rework half of the game to improve the graphics significantly. The way games are developed we're lucky if it doesn't become super buggy and the performance doesn't tank once the start adding new features and content.

I set a timer for Octanes stim and both skills lasted the same and they both reach their destination in the same time so it's just the FOV in mobile that is making him look slower.

I think the gas mask breathing sound effects when caustic is in his gas is really cool lol its like immersive but also realistic in that he really shouldn't be able to hear footsteps and movement all around him as clearly as everyone else if he's supposed to be wearing a gas mask to breathe lol its like a trade off for not taking your own gas damage, but then your team mates wouldn't take damage and theres no audio nerf for them so idk

For the timer on the gibby bubble, do you see timer's on enemy bubbles too or just your own? Do teammates see the timer too? That could be the reason why Respawn hasn't implemented that feature yet because they probably don't want timers to show up on enemy abilities. And having timers on only teammate abilities would solve a lot of issues where a team might not know if the ability they are seeing is friendly or enemy (like ash snare and caustic barrels) and it seems that Respawn doesn't want the player to be able to easily distinguish between them. For example it would have been great to have thermite grenades show up as a different colour when it's a friendly nade but I remember a post from a dev a long time ago saying they don't want situations where teammates run right over friendly thermites and instead to avoid them (which is really dumb considering you can just tell your teammate's over voice chat that it's your fire). Sorry I started rambling a bit there lol

Octane speed looks slower cuz of your fov and not only that they made it slower so it can run smoother on mobile. And the game is still in development so they will probably make some changes. And the full release will probably look better than the beta like the animations and more things can look and work better

@@MarkedPD pretty sure its not because of that, afterall DOTA underlord uses the Source 2 engine and it got ported into mobile using the same engine, but my guess the reason they didn't use Source probably because Respawn's version of the Source Engine hasn't been tested for Mobile, and my guess is the developer for Apex Mobile, Lightspeed Studio decided to use Unreal since they have worked using the same engine before with PUBGM and probably it would take too much time to modify and test respawn's version of Source to work on Mobile.

Im pretty sure the movement is gonna be quite a ways rougher on mobile, apex on pc was designed on a heavily modified source engine, while apex mobile was made in unreal engine. Movement works different in both engines

Mirage’s decoys usually DO have the gun equipped... this has to be a firing range bug or something. Haven’t played much mirage since season 6, but I distinctly remember his decoys holding their weapons when you controlled them and had your weapon equipped.

You need to equipped the gun so that decoys can show which gun they are holding, if you holstred the gun, then the decoys will not display any weapon

@@milktea6455 no true. It shows it holstered on the decoy’s back when you have no weapon out, and shows your decoy holding the weapon when you equip it. Go to 4:33 and you’ll see his decoy with a CAR on his back when he sends it out, but for some reason there’s a bug where the decoy doesn’t actually pull the weapon out when you do. Basically what I’m saying is the Mobile and PC version of Mirage’s abilities are exactly the same.

Also, in mobile, some weapons are changed, the pk having 7 bullets fast fire rate in care package is not really fair on the pc version back when pk was in package, other weapons arent added either, wingman seems clunky because it only holds the gun with 1 hand and the recoil is bad in mobile, its still on early phase tho so i would love to see fixes in the game because it has pottential better than the best br in mobile codm and pubg

Wish LTM'S had content and not just a skin sale Wish the Battle Passes Challenges were fun to do or the Battle Pass content was at least decent. Wish new season legends weren't rip offs of old ones. In my personal opinion, I think mobile is better than the original Apex Legends. Because it has many details that differ from the original game, and the game features many new things that the original changes. Respawn Entertainment, the creators of Apex Legends were probably like: "Okay, let's make a sh!t version of the game that'll be available on all platforms except mobile, and make a mobile version, that's better than the original."

Octane's movement is the funniest lol. I had the feel there was some bugs in my game. Later I got his legs were mechanical. But Mirage's decoys with gun in the moba version is really cool it confuses enemy even more.

I played the mobile version first and loved it. Then I went over to the PC version since I loved the mobile version and was greatly disappointed for the following reasons: 1. Quality of life- I enjoy playing with a controller and looting is such a drag with a controller on PC. It’s completely cumbersome and not intuitive. I greatly appreciate the auto looting feature of the mobile game. 2. Third person - PC doesn’t have third person. What’s the point of skins if I can’t see myself looking cool. Pfft wow. 3. Team death match - I don’t need to say anything here. Wow. Ill stick with the mobile version for now.

They gotta put more detail into the main version's animations. You might not be able to see them but everone else can. An example is when sliding without a weapon equipped, you appear to be holding an invisible gun. This is because there is only 1 sliding animation. Another is the crouch punching animations, you jump up to hit your opponent then zoom back to crouching position and it looks unatural.
