​@@TraderWHIZdom So, basically as long as traders pay the monthly subscription fee, they can get a new reset every month if they ever fail an evaluation account (at no additional charge) ? Why bother dealing with the headache and possible confusion of paying extra money for a reset when they can just wait for the reset to automatically kick in when Apex charges the monthly subscription fee? Lastly, when a trader fails a funded PA (​performance account) there is no reset available, right? The trader would have to buy a new evaluation account and start all over again? Or am I misunderstanding something?

@@maxwelle7153 Correct. If you fail your evaluation, it will reset automatically when your next month's subscription fee is billed. Opting for a reset is advantageous for traders using larger account sizes, such as the 250K or 300K, because the reset fee is cheaper than purchasing one of these large accounts outright. However, this option is only beneficial if you have enough time left in your billing cycle to pass the evaluation and set up your PA account." Yes, there is no reset available when a PA account fails. The trader will need to purchase a new evaluation account.

Thanks for the great video. I failed my apex evaluation account and would like to use your promo code to get a new account (not reset the failed account). But will purchasing a new account require me to set up my Rithmic settings again in order to use Rithmic for the new evaluation ? My friend set up my original Rithmic account and I have no idea how to do that.

on apex reset for tradovate lets say you reset an account for the third time.. do you reset the already once reset account or do you need to find the first original account you bought and reset that one? kinda confusing the way they assign/duplicate new numbers on the tradovate ones but it is helpful if you bought the account during a sale because that sale carries over to the next invoice for reset accounts.. I just assume that everything i see on the ATF dashboard that is active is what I'm being billed for and as long as the reset goes through and I get the new tradovate account number to show then it doesn't matter whether or not I reset the EXACT first original account I bought OR an already reset account..

Hello, When you buy a reset, your evaluation account gets a new account number, and the original number is replaced. So, if you need to reset the account again, you'll need to reset the new account number since the original one is automatically removed once the account is reset.

on apex TF website it says $80 reset on evaulation no limit reset as many times as you want, so If I want to reset my account first I pay and if I need more resets fot that individual account before the account renewal date I can do it for free?

Hello, No, you will need to pay the reset fee each time you want to reset an evaluation. The advertisement on their website simply indicates that there's no limit to how many times you can purchase a reset for a failed evaluation account.

Hello, Once a cancelled account reaches its expiration date it is automatically removed from the dashboard and can no longer be traded. Also, in order to convert a passed evaluation account to a PA, the evaluation account must be active. Oh shoot! Lol I reset a cancelled account yesterday and passed it today! So It just disappear on the expire date ? So don't pay the 105$ for thr subscription for it lol?

If you passed the evaluation account, I'd make sure to activate your PA account before your evaluation expires because a passed evaluation account needs to stay active in order for you to be able to activate your PA account.

@TraderWHIZdom Yeah, I didn't pass a 50k account last week, so I canceled the account, and then today I* reset canceled * the account today and bought a new 50k account threw it again yesterday. The account still says Reset canceled account. But I just got an email today saying I passed and to pay the 105$

No, purchasing a reset does not reset your your 30 day billing cycle. As long as you don't cancel your evaluation subscription, your initial invoice renewal date will remain unchanged. Thank you for watching!

That's exactly my thought. What's the point of resetting an account for 100$ when you can just cancel it and buy a new one for 40$

Depending on the sale going on and how much time you have left in your billing cycle, it is normally cheaper to just cancel the account and purchase another one. However with the larger size accounts like the 300K, purchasing a reset can be cheaper. But again, it all depends on the current sale and how much time you have left in your billing cycle.
