hello mitesh, what is the role of adding middleware systems in scenario 1 and 3? Can't the external system like SAP etc can subscribe directly to events sent from salesforce?

@mitesh - In Scenario one ,is step 3 needed? why ESB need to call salesforce to get account details. As we already publishing platform events and ESB can subscribe and pass that data to SAP directly. Can you please help to understand more, Thanks for this content. Very helpful
