And as for this it was just a hyperbole. It was just talking about(I don't know if you have seen this) the strip where Spain got sick from becoming poor and Romano was running around to help him. Basically Romano tried to help him but when he came back Spain had joined the E.U. and gotten a lot better. Needless to say he was pissed.
