Well... Actually only people from the southern part of China uses Cantonese and this language is declining in the mainland China. You should use Hong Kong and Macau for the photo instead because the majority of the population of these 2 places speaks Cantonese (as their mother tongue). By the way, awesome remix.

Why it was called cantonese not Chinese = x = ？

That's because there are different forms of the chinese language. There is for example Mandarin Chinese which is basically a standardized form of Chinese. Cantonese is spoken more often in southern China. There are a lot more varieties, but I only know these two by name. Hope I explained it correctly. :)
